The Japanese Government is in violation of the Japanese Act on Welfare and Management of Animals. Or is it that the Japanese Government considers itself above the law? Knowing the law, when they forced the Fukushima evacuees or refugees to leave their animals, the Japanese Government deliberately violated the Japanese Act of Welfare and Management of Animals . When the Japanese Government decided to enforce the abandonment of the animals in Fukushima, they changed from being a Democratic Government to a DICTATORSHIP. Prime Minister Noda and his Japanese Government made Japan into a non-Democratic society. The Japanese people are now under DICTATOR Noda. I think that the title ” Prime Minister” should be reserved for Democratic societies, which it is no longer since the rise of DICTATOR Noda. His dictatorship does not have to obey the laws of Japan. Dictator Noda has shown that he has complete disregard for what is legal and what is not. DICTATORS and DICTATORSHIPS also like to monitor comments and hire companies to do their work.
