Just why did the LCA remove the Hachiko Coalition petition from their website? I only asked them a question.

I saw that you have a campaign “ http://myemail.constantcontact.com/URGENT–Sign-Petition-to-Help-Animals-in-Japan.html?soid=1011040807792&aid=XS8gpQ9QHek”.  It is for the Fukushima animals.  That is commendable.  However, I wonder why you would support an organization, Hachiko Coalition, that has on their staff 2 administrators that have applied for grants to do radiation research studies using animals in Japan.  One of their staff members is a assistant professor at the University of Kentucky and the other is at the University of Florida.  The professor at the University of Kentucky has a grant that will enable her to work with Dr. Shigeki Imamoto.

I just find it odd that your organization that purports to not be an advocate of animal research would help an organization that is known to have animal researchers on their staff.
It would be most appreciated if you can clarify your stance with this before I write anymore about this.

If the Hachiko Coalition sent LCA a copy of the “study” that they showed was what their administrators were working on as they posted on their site, it would seem that the LCA still had an issue since they didn’t put the petition back up.

Since R. was a member of Kachiku-Otasuke Tai, was she the one that told Hoshi that they knew about the photos? Did she sell them out because she was also an administrator for Hoshi and he was more popular?

皆様にお願い、私こと、「星広志」と「福島原発被害の動物達」のfacebookに,もう家畜お助け隊のリンクを張り付けないでください。I, Hiroshi Hoshi, would like to ask everyone.  Please do not post anymore the link of the website for Kachiku Otasuke Tai on FB page of 「福島原発被害の動物達」 and HOSHI HIROSHI.

理由1.　写真を無断借用されました。知らなかったという話でしたが、実際には知っていて知らんふりしていたことが分かったからです。Reason 1; They used our photos without permission.  They said they did not know but I found out that they knew.

理由2.　誤報が多く、情報が信用できません。ここにリンクを張られると、読んだ人が事実と勘違いするのは困ります。

Reason 2: They release wrong information.  If they are post on here readers would believe these information.

理由3.　所在地を明らかにしないホームページは不信の元となります。

Reason 3: The website without the address would cause people not trust it.

理由4.　これまで何度も連絡を取り合いましたが、回答が不誠実です。

Reason 4: I have contacted them but I did not get answers.

理由5.　救う事もできないうちに20円募金で餌代を得ようとすることに疑問があります。M牧場や希望の牧場は実際に牛を維持するために餌代が欲しいのです。牛もいないのに、支援金を集める行為に賛同できません。

Reason 5: They do not have intention to rescue livestock but they are collecting 20 yen donation for food.  M farm and Farm of hope actually keep livestock so they need support on food.  Without livestock I do not agree with them collecting donation.

理由6.　これまでに何度も牛を助ける助言をしました。しかし、いつも回答がありません。

Reason 6: I gave many suggestions to them but I do not get answers from them.

理由7.　牛が苦しんで殺されたという内容に偽りがあるからです。初期にはそのようなことがありましたが、最近の物は、実際には安楽死です。何でも同情を得ようとする姿勢に賛同できません。

Reason 7: The information they released that livestock were destroyed in pain is wrong.  In the beginning it was true but recently they were euthanized.  I do not agree with the way they are trying to get sympathy no matter what.

申し訳ございませんが、家畜お助け隊のリンクを見つけたときは削除させていただきます。その活動は自由ですから、これ以上言う事は避けますが、牛を助けたいという気持ちには偽りはないとは思います。でも、その方法に賛同できないという事、HOSHI　FAMILYの活動を信じてくださる方への誤解を避けたいということだけですので、ご理解ください。

So from now on I will delete any links of Kachiku Otasuke Tai on the page.  I would not say anything what they do and I think they truly want to rescue livestock.  But I do not agree with the way they do and I do not want to give readers who support HOSHI FAMILY wrong information.  So please understand.

Why are there 2 versions for a photo of a pig that was dying from hypothermia?

Some of you may have seen a picture about a pig. The claim was the pig was dozing after being fed. Interesting. The real caption of the photo was the pig was dying from Hypothermia. Also, no one was there to feed it or even help it. It said if the pig was helped, the information asking for help would be removed. It was never removed. So, how did it change to the description below?

Hachiko Coalition:

“Some of you may remember this photo? It captures a smaller black pig dozing off after being fed in November last year. The HOSHI family fed this piggy dog food and kept an eye on him while in the zone, always leaving food for him and other animals. They encountered more such animals while in the zone and would return to feed them. There are dogs, cats, livestock and new generations. We do not know how many of them are still left that are alive. If so, they remain cold, starving and alone. The Hoshi Family is currently on another clandestine mission in Fukushima, this time trying out new “tools”. Please do not forget the Fukushima Animals. How to help? Sign and share the Hachiko Coalition Petitiion to the Ministry of Environment, send in your animals photos to the Hachiko Coaliltion, and keep writing to the Tomioka Government.
