どうぶつ救援本部（正式名称 緊急災害時動物救援本部) : Headquarters for the Relief of Animals in Emergencies, delivered animal supplies to the Town Hall of Tomioka. It seems that the town wasn’t deserted after all and people are there feeding animals other than Naoto Matsumura. Also, there have been other groups in Tomioka that had been rescuing animals as well as also feeding them. The food was delivered by the Tomioka Fire Brigade. The food was delivered to residents that were in need of FOOD for their pets. March 1, 2012. This may explain why Naoto Matsumura had no problem with deciding to just concentrate on CATTLE with NO mention of the other animals that he supposedly was feeding. Naoto Matsumura is not the only person in TOMIOKA anymore, NOR was he the only person that was feeding OR rescuing the animals. So the question remains, what is or has he done with all the DONATIONS that he received? Why are there only the same pictures that are re-cycled of him feeding the animals, not many new ones were ever shown. Or did you not notice that? The Headquarters thanks the pet food company for donating the food for the animals.
