People who killed cows in Miyazaki are still traumatized from this. Basically vets want to save life not killing them. People who are euthanizing them are traumatized.”
But the bottom line is that the vets can say no. They don’t have to do this. They have a choice. And, they choose to continue to euthanize the animals. They are not bound to euthanize the animals. They are not without a choice. There have been stories of vets that quit and did not continue to KILL. The vets that Dr. Imamoto talks about do this of their own choice. I have no sympathy for them.
*The work is referred to as a “job” meaning that people are being paid to do the work.
