They were given to him PRIOR to him becoming an official NPO. All the money should have been reported for tax purposes. So, let’s see how honest he and his friend have been. During the investigation, the FBI does not say what they have found. But, if there is NO PROBLEM with anything he or Endo are doing, then they will be able to continue to collect money via their NPO.
