The reason why the Japan Veterinary Medical Association offered loans for creating more “livestock clinics”: The number of people that are using cattle for “research studies” must be increasing. This loan offer is about having “veterinarians that can go and collect samples and specimens from the cattle, as well as monitor and asess them during the study. Don’t be fooled as to why they did this. The samples for the studies that they have planned have to be collected in a “certain way” so that they can “legitimize” the study. They are in need of “sample collectors”. Also, in Japan, it has to be a “veterinarian” to put a “specimen” down. But, the best part is when the organization says that they are doing this as a “service” for the country.
