Issued from the Ministry of Environment, a bid for : “Research work concerning the status of wildlife habitat in the name of fiscal 2012, Fukushima Prefecture”

A bid issued by the Ministry of Environment concerning the status of the wildlife habitat in Fukushima.  What should be expected out of this is: MORE RESEARCH STUDIES.  You can see how this is a great money maker.  Researchers can study the habitat, the animals, the way the animals interact in a contaminated environment, the effects of the environment on the wildlife, …….. so many combinations.  And, all for the betterment of humankind.  A human designed the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant and it was flawed; this is shown by the failure of the backup systems and the tsunami.  A human approved the plans to build the plant.  A human approved the safety inspections that should have never passed.  WHO PUTS BACKUP GENERATORS IN THE BASEMENT in a FACILITY THAT SITS RIGHT NEXT TO AN OCEAN?  And, someone probably said that the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant was for the betterment of humankind.

What is in the air that everyone in the Fukushima area and the rest of Japan(?) breathing?

It seems that the Government of Japan may have some “concern” about the air that everyone is breathing.  They have issued bids for studies concerning “what is in the air”.  The second study is interesting.  I had not even thought about the radioactive contaminated pollen that could be floating through the air or the bees that would be carrying radioactive particles around.  It would make you think of all the other “free” floating objects that are contaminated that just blow around, like dirt.
