According to an interview with Naoto Matsumura: “Besides looking after the animals, he has a bigger mission – to see his hometown remain on the map.”

We all know that there is something that is going on with the Tomioka cattle that are being kept by Naoto Matsumura and his friend Endo-san, aka Mr. Fukushima Guts.  There have been photos posted of Naoto Matsumura with Mr. Yoshizawa, who has acknowledged that he is testing his cattle to try and decontaminate them.  Mr. Yoshizawa and his companions are working with the Japanese Veterinary Medical Association as is the city of Tomioka and their 250 Tomioka cattle.  Now, if  Naoto Matsumura is the ONLY person in TOMIOKA, then who would be keeping those 250 head of cattle? I am going to guess that they are being kept by the only person in Tomioka that has cattle : Naoto Matsumura, Guardian of Fukushima’s Animals and now, the most RADIOACTIVE man.  But, in case you missed this and are still under the ILLUSION that Naoto Matsumura’s only mission in life is the Tomioka animals, or as some would have you believe, the Fukushima animals; then read this again :   Besides looking after the animals, he has a bigger mission – to see his hometown remain on the map. He said: “I would like to see the town as it was before, that’s all.”

“Going forward, his objective is to help the cows that might have to be culled eventually.  He’s trying out methods of decontamination in the hope that he will find a way to save the cattle.”

Besides looking after the animals, he has a bigger mission – to see his hometown remain on the map. He said: “I would like to see the town as it was before, that’s all.”

According to the Vice article, Alone in the Zone, Naoto Matsumura says:

“If they were going to be used for meat it wouldn’t bother me,” he said. “That’s just the way life is. But why just slaughter them all and bury them? Animals and humans are the same. I wonder if they could kill people just as indiscreetly… In my book it would be better to adopt a wait-and-see approach because it could provide good experimental data for comparison with humans. If the animals survive, then maybe there’s nothing to worry about. But if the animals start giving birth to deformed young a few generations down the line, then things could get crazy. If that happens, they should never let anyone come back here.”
