Apparently the  h..p://complaint.ic3.gov/ entry of this blog continues to have a few readers that continue to take a peek at it.  I have been remiss at providing any updates to this, but recently, there was one.  Here it is:

I requested an investigation on Nancy Holohan and Nanci Caron who were collecting money for a man, under the guise of charity. Nancy Holohan in the comments below on a blog page acknowledges this: “since Mr. Matsumura isn’t an NPO,”. They collected money for a charitable cause and gave it to a man that was not a charity.  Please look into this and make sure that she and Nanci Caron did report this money and that there is no fraud involved.

P.S. Yes, I’m @katsndogs on Twitter. I had a friend set up @MatsumuraArk to go along with the “Naoto Matsumura, Guardian of Fukushima’s Animals” Facebook page. But, she’s been very ill and has had sick relatives to care for and I never learned how to access the Twitter page….technologically challenged one that I am. So, the messages that I post on the FB go out on Twittier and then, I retweet them on my @katsndogs account. But, I do worry that people may have questons on Twitter that aren’t getting answered. But, that’s another story!

Nanci and I are now in this together. We may have to change the way we handle this soon because of the tax implications. Nothing is ever simple and since Mr. Matsumura isn’t an NPO, if we give him money, Nanci and I will be taxed on all of the money that comes in as though it is income, even though we are giving it to a man who needs it and is doing so much with it. Sometimes, the dark side of the world can seem overwhelming but, I’m not giving up. Our page is growing so face and donations are flying in right now and I can’t let him down. Thanks again, Nancy

Hello dear, sweet Glen,

You have a heart and soul like I do and I’ve wanted to contact you for a long time. But, sometimes the timing has to be just right. i believe this is one of those cases. I fell head over heals for his kind, humble, gracious, generous, tender, giving, strong, dedicated, tenacious, intelligent, heroic, animal lover when i saw the video about him on CNN. At the time, I was running two other Facebook animals pages and wasn’t sure how I would have the time to do this one perfectly. But, everything and a few of the best people in the world came together and it’s working. We now have almost 3,000 people and $14,000. $2k in the last 24 hours. I go to bed thinking about him and wake up thinking about him. Virtually all of my free time is spent working on his story and helping him. I have so many questions for you and I really need advice. We”re collecting great money but, I’m getting terrified of the Chip in Fund tax implications. I would like to start a blog for him, his animals and the other animals in and out of the zone as well. I’m just in need of advice. I don’t want to give up on this man. I want to be there until the end with him. He’s such a hero to me and he means so much to me. Well, i have come to know Nancy G, Nancy H both i deleted. Nancy G spread rumours i was insane. But in fact, i was concerned with animals in cages …and i was dealing with an evil man..who has recently left his employment. of whom was delaying the construction of kennels for his own personal gain. Nancy H is all over the place saving the world. Now if Nancy H was truly innocent she would not have banned me from her site. Nancy G an admin at AFN also banned me from the very own shelter where i devoted 4 months and 2 weeks of my life. I spent over 7000$ and donated 300 hrs over time, and then again volunteered to work a whole month free to AFN. Now being march 13 2013 i am banned from AFN. Recently, some evil person posted horrible pics that were mistakenly pointing that i was the Judas. Wrong again. There is some truths to the ghost writer of this page. I see now the true colours of a lot of the so called animal advocates.
I have tried to listen to everything said, gossiped , shared, whispered, written, spoken, said over heat vent ducks….and over time like this ghost writer says: cracks in your sheeps clothing soon opens up. And i will find out who you really are.
Nancy G : unlike me ….u did not leave ur child behind to care for animals for 4 months ;not to mention, my 6 weeks at JCN
and the 10 days earlier in 2012.
Add it up Ladies that is 6 months of my life.
i missed my sons 13th sweet teen coming of age party, i turned 50 and missed my coming of adulthood big party…i did this all for the animals. And what do i get.. ? Banned ? I am not going to attack Isabella Aoki because unlike u Nancy G and Nancy H : Isabella is in the trenches rescuing.
Sure i revealed there are dogs in cages, sure the staff work slow, sure they need a super man like me to work my magic.
How dare you ladies ban me a single dad leaving his child behind to work volunteer 7 days a week from 0700-8:00 sometimes even to 01:00 . I donated my rescue hours without pay…when we went to the zone. I did the math : 23 weeks in 2012 @13 hrs/day=2093 hrs. Of this i was a paid worker for 12 weeks :coming out with 240,000 JPY.
Out of this i spent 560,000 JPY just to get to Japan. So think in 6 months i did a years worth of work.
How dare any of you ban me because i am speaking my mind.
Who is really the bored housewife? The so called women from Jersey..or you two ?
Anyone who claims they are not mentally unstable or not a racist : is to me the opposite. Parents forgive their children, true friends know when to forgive friends of whom may say harsh things. If one is to judge a person on something form the past:then ladies u live in the past.
Now i am asking myself: if i was a black person wouldnt i say you two ladies are racist?
But as i am Oriental u two ladies feel you can easily ban me ..and hoping that most Orientals just shut up ..suck it in..and remain dumb passive Orientals?
In this experience working with animals: i learned to love animals…like children.
But i learned how evil and childish grown women really can become. Out of this experience the folks that have come to forgive me..are true friends. Those who cannot accept my scorpion tongue: well , deal with it like you are dealing with it now.
You took the ball off this kid..and said.” u cant play with us”. We dont like you.
Then you claim i am nuts. And everyone that does not suck up to you two ladies you shun them.
Ahhh who is not the racist and prejudiced women now?

I would like to thank the ghost writer for allowing me to post here. I know the bored housewives love to read this ghost writers page. Why? Do you like to read what you say is trash ..about you…about your friends..so you can run off and say ,” Isabella , did you hear what Howard said about you”?
Sorry, i am forever grateful for Isabella for rescuing me..i may not agree on her methods of madness. However, i am always willing to volunteer in Niigata or rescue in Fukushima: at a drop of a hat. You readers..who point out wrongs and about someone saying this or that … but spew words rather than action.
You ladies or even men… are not walking the big talk.
I am unlike you…i have been in the trenches. And i can be there at any time. Cheap talk without action is simply just hot air.

What it boils down to is “accounting for money donated that should have been used for the Fukushima animals”.

When you collect money for a cause, the money should be used “specifically” for what you say it is going to be used.  You collect money for the Fukushima animals, then money should be used for them.  It seems that much money was used by the Hoshi family on “hi-tech” gadgets to “oohhh” and “ahhh” people.  While they were doing this, other groups were simply entering areas to feed and rescue animals.  Why couldn’t the Hoshi family do this, you may wonder?  One of the reason’s is that they NEVER BUILT A SHELTER, even though they talked about it.  Because they had no shelter, they were not able to enter the Fukushima evacuated areas like other groups were able.  The Hoshi Family could not get legitimate permits.  Thus, they continued to “oohhh” and “ahhh” people by playing up their “exploits”.    There was little regard to the damage that they were causing.  When they were caught using forged documents, not just once, they had little regard what that would do to the LEGITIMATE organizations that were entering areas to feed and rescue animals.  You can check other groups and see that they were entering areas at the same time as the Hoshi Family, and they did it without the “high-tech” gear.

When they set up their “hi-tech” capture machine in a house, did they ask the owner permission to tear the house up to insert this equipment?  And, the “oohhs” and the “ahhhs” continued.  How much money was spent on that when a simple trap would have sufficed?

If they are honest, they will admit that this wasn’t ONLY about the animals, when you start to talk about making a MOVIE, it seems that other interests, like EGO, becomes the main CONCERN.  He lost me when he wrote a statement about checking their NAMES on GOOGLE and how high on the list he was.  That wasn’t about animals, that was about EGO, no matter how you may want to make it seem like it wasn’t.

The only true loser in all of this are the FUKUSHIMA ANIMALS that were given money for help and that money was never used on them.  And, SHAME on ALL of YOU that Perpetuated this LIE; you know who you are and how you helped to PROMOTE HOSHI and family as something THEY ARE NOT.  Where was your concern for the Fukushima animals?
