Prime Minister Kan and the Japanese Government have set a precedent, in reference to the Law.

August 16, 2011

Prime Minister Kan and the Japanese Government have set a precedent, in reference to the laws or acts that have been enacted.  It it that neither they nor Japanese citizens actually have to follow them.  By their total disregard of the Japanese Act on Welfare and Management of Animals, it can easily be argued that since they ” the government” did not have to follow the laws or act that had been established, why should the person that has been accused of not following a different law.  Maybe the accused can use the fact that he/she was having a crisis, and if it was a good enough reason for the Prime Minister, his cabinet members, and the Japanese Government, then it should be good enough for him/her.  There is nothing that has been enacted that should limit the type of crisis you can have, I think.  So, for them to try to enforce laws on their citizens,  maybe the accused citizen will get a really good attorney that will argue the case that if the Government does not feel the need to follow its own laws, they why should their client be subjected to a different standard.

It is another accomplishment that the Prime Minister Kan and his government have established.  Let’s give him a big thumbs up on this one.

set a precedent

Establish a usage, tradition, or standard to be followed in the future.  The word precedent  signifies a previous instance or legal decision upon which future instances are based, a usage dating from the early 1400s. In law it more specifically refers to a legal decision that may be used as a standard in subsequent cases.

Japan is facing its biggest crisis since the second world war, the Prime Minister Kan said on March 13, 2011. And, he was shown that he was right, on this Anniversary of the end of WWII.

August 15, 2011

On March 13, 2011, Prime Minister Kan told the world that Japan is facing its biggest crisis since the Second World War, WWII.   He was so right on the money with that statement.

And, on the Anniversary of the end of WWII, Prime Minister Kan did not go nor did his cabinet members go to Yasukuni Shinto Shrine, a shrine that honors the dead of WWII.

I would like to think that Prime Minister Kan and his cabinet members did not go to Yasukuni Shrine because they would dishonor the Shrine by stepping foot onto it.  Why?   Prime Minister Kan and his handling of the biggest crisis that Japan has faced since WWII is the reason.  The Japanese Government has managed to bring Japan back to post WWII credibility.  He has managed to wipe away the years post WWII of Japan’s gaining the world’s trust.   The Japanese Government under Prime Minister Kan has shown the world that what they say, well, it’s not exactly the truth.  In other words, the Government of Japan has shown the world that it lies.

Prime Minister Kan’s Japanese Government may not blatantly lie, but they lie by what they don’t tell.  They hid information about the true nature of damage at the Fukushima Nuclear Plant.   They lied to the Fukushima residents when they told them to leave their homes and for them to leave a couple of days worth of food for their animals.  They lied to the Fukushima residents when Prime Minister Kan’s government said that they would rescue the owners pets.  They lied to the world when they said that the Japanese Government would go and rescue the animals in the Fukushima exclusion zone.  Prime Minister Kan’s Japanese Government lied about saying that they would not euthanizae any farm animals without the owners consent.

Yes, the only thing that Prime Minister Kan did not lie about was when he said that Japan was facing its biggest crisis since WWII.  That crisis was Prime Minister Kan and the Japanese Government tearing down the years that it took for Japan to gain credibility, trust, and respect from all other nations.  He and the Japanese Government have erased it to post WWII level.

So, on this 66th Anniversary of the end of WWII, we should all bow our heads in awe to what Prime Minister Kan and the Japanese Government have done in less than a year.  Another awesome feat by Prime Minister Kan and his Japanese Government.  The other owning and operating the largest Government animal death/kill zone in the world.

Goshi Hosono : Japan’s minister in charge of the nuclear crisis. Could he also be the man that should be helping the animals?

Hosono vows no disruption in nuclear response

Japan’s minister in charge of nuclear crisis has pledged he will do his best to keep the ongoing effort to contain the nuclear crisis on track despite the likely resignation of Prime Minister Naoto Kan. Goshi Hosono , 細野 豪志 , visited the nuclear disaster task force at the Fukushima prefectural government on Saturday. Addressing 120 officials, Hosono said the prime minister had remarked that a new government will be formed soon as he is to step down. Hosono said he is determined not to create a policy vacuum during the transition period. He told reporters later that a change of government should never lead to delays in containing the nuclear crisis, and restoration and reconstruction. He said deferring such efforts is out of the question. Hosono said he will try to bring forward as much as possible the implementation of measures on nuclear waste disposal, radioactive decontamination, and support for communities’ rebuilding plans. He said his intention is to smooth the succession process for the new minister.

Tha’t great.  So, this man who is in charge of the nuclear crisis, restoration, and reconstruction should also have something to say about the animals in the Fukushima exclusion zone.  Hosono , 細野 豪志 , has nothing to say.  It is no wonder that he got the position.  He fits right into the Japanese Government and their Fukushima Exclusion Zone Kill Shelter.  Maybe he will go into the books along with Prime Minister Kan and the other Cabinet Ministers as being able to kill the largest number of animals without any effort on their part.  I do hope that they can smile and pat themselves on the back for that accolade.
